Clubs and Organizations
Violin
Through grants from TN Arts Commission and The Urban League, Alpine Crest is able to offer weekly group violin lessons from a qualified instructor as well as violin rentals to students in fifth grade.
Soccer Team
Operation Get Active (OGA) is a health initiative program through Chattanooga Football Club, with registration open to our fourth and fifth grade students once per year. OGA uses soccer to encourage kids in Chattanooga to live active and healthy lifestyles. OGA meets twice a week after-school with an OGA-trained coach and a lunch sponsored by the YMCA of Greater Chattanooga.
Track Team
All students in third through fifth grade have the opportunity to tryout for the school track team during their winter PE classes. Students selected to participate in the track team compete in one meet in May.
Beta Club
The National Beta Club is an International honor society for students in fourth and fifth grade, focused on promoting academic achievement, character, leadership, and service.
